Marketing Executive  - PPL

The Marketing Executive supports the implementation of the annual marketing plan under the guidance and leadership of the Marketing Manager and offers business-as-usual marketing support to Public Performance and Member Services teams.

It is crucial that the Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in providing an effective, efficient and professional marketing service to key stakeholders across PPL which meets with business requirements and is in line with company goals.

Marketing activity is focused on raising the profile and awareness of PPL amongst our member and licensee audiences, promoting the services PPL offers and communicating the value of music and the legal requirements for a music licence.

The role will also be required to work closely with the Digital Content & Online Communities Manager on the production of digital marketing materials and support the Marketing Manager and Events team with branding and sales support materials.

Who are we?

PPL licenses recorded music played in public or broadcast on the radio or TV and then distributes the fees to its performer and record company members.

We issue licences to hundreds of thousands of businesses and organisations from all sectors across the UK playing recorded music and/or music videos in public.

We don’t retain a profit for our services. Every penny, after administration costs, is passed onto our registered members: thousands of performers, session musicians, emerging artists, globally successful performers and record companies, small and large, receive the royalties they deserve for their recorded music. In addition to this, through agreements with over 50 music licensing companies around the world, PPL is also able to collect royalties for our members globally.

Facilities Assistant  - PPL

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard working person to join our Facilities team within PPL.

This role will act as the first point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service to employees across the business as well as supporting the wider Facilities team as and when required.

To do this role you should be an excellent communicator and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.  You should have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to go the extra mile to support your colleagues.

You should have previous experience of working within an office environment, specifically in a customer service role. A good working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential in this role.
